Great video. I can totally relate to what your saying here. I've done this time buffer thing when it comes to comments that I get that I may not like, from trolls and so forth. I'll give myself a few hours to calm down before replying so I can clear my mind and think rationally about what I want to say instead of responding and reacting filled with emotional anger.
