While the CRM software has become all the rage in the recent years Gartner forecasts the growth of CRM market with a bang in the coming years. According to Gartner’s careful estimate the CRM market will be worth $36.4 billion by 2017. The software is already making it big since 15% of the organizations have replaced their on-premise customer service applications with SaaS solutions while 24% use SaaS to augment their existing solutions. Some of the research studies conducted over the past decade revealed that almost 25-60% CRM systems fail to make it to the benchmark.
