Could you mention some companies that have been able to cover most of the ways of creating customer love, described in the post? Could Whole Foods be one example? Have they been active at the Farmer's market?

Whole Foods is a great example because when a customer walks into Whole Foods, they know exactly what they're going to get. The experience is consistent. But it's not just big companies that can do this. Take a look at a local favorite in Michigan - Gazelle Sports. They are part of a local business association, sponsor annual local races, write a regular blog, and make customer service their number one priority. And what's the result? They're wildly popular in their hometown and have built a great reputation for themselves!
