There are loads of companies doing a great job on Twitter. Jet Blue, Nike, Barclays, and Seamless are all great examples.

Thanks for providing examples of companies (Cjponyparts, Fedex, Zopim) that are using Twitter for customer service. Do you have more examples? I would say that Kimpton hotel is a great example.
