I particularly like the first tip - listen to your customers. Just by listening to them either face to face, on phone or on internet you can find a lot of about what customers are saying about you and what they like or dislike about your business.

I would also add that you should try to create customer centric culture that permeates throughout your company. When everyone is trained and onboard with this philosophy the good customer service will occur naturally.

Thanks, AngelBiz! I agree on your second point; if everyone focuses on helping the customer you can't help but offer the best service.

Correct! Correct and Correct! These 5 tips are definitely spot on. But I cannot believe Dell actually replaced the laptop that you spilled a drink on. Wow! That's something for them to do. (wonders if I should spill my drink on my laptop too....thanks for the idea!)
