Bad customer service should never, under an circumstances, be tolerated. You have a right to expect excellent customer service, and it's time to demand that right.

yes i would say it your right but then both of you are customers and you both have rights, why not try to make that bad customer service happy and see if your right would not be demanded.

I agree that we both have rights. We also both have repsonsibilities, and I think it's the responsibility of the business to ensure that their customers receive great service first.
