I absolutely despise poor customer service; it’s one of my biggest pet peeves. Most of my worst customer service experiences has been with tech support when I have to call about my internet connection. It seems as though most tech support is universally horrible, doesn’t it?
I’ve always considered myself great at providing customer service. I’ve always gone out of my way for my customers and will continue to go above and beyond for them. Even with the affiliate products I’ve promoted, I’m been the one to handle most of the concerns of my customers.
In fact, I’ve even been the middle man to mediate and communicate to the product owner my customers’ issues because I knew that I would be able to get the matter resolved faster because of my relationship with the seller.
I believe that customers should always be your #1 priority. After all, they are the ones putting money in your pocket, right? Not to say that EVERY customer is always right, but you should be doing all that you can, within reason, to keep them satisfied.
