April - Excellent point. Most small businesses get majority of the business from small clientele, yet they continue to chase new clients at the expense of existing ones. While there is nothing wrong with trying to get new clients you do not want to ignore the existing ones. After all, it is much more expensive to get new clients than to keep the existing ones happy.
