The one thing that can make or break your business is your customer service. In years past it has been something that many companies were willing to overlook or put very little effort into. Hi Jason,

After some similar problems w/expedited shipping, I now e-mail before ordering to be sure they'll ship w/in 24 hrs - then wait till they answer in the affirmative. No answer = no order.
