I like the fact that Seth specifies this approach isn't for every business. Not everyone can provide this kind of product or service...or even wants to! But for those who do, it gets rid of the notion that you can pass off a one-size-fits-all solution and pretend it's customized for every client. On the positive side, if you provide this level of service, you will truly stand alone in the market.
