As marketing director for a small business myself I HAVE to say SureShade - they are a startup in the boating industry and realize word of mouth is so important for growth so we make customer service a top priority. Outside of my company, I have been super impressed with 4imprint - we tend to order last minute items from them for events and my rep is super responsive... makes all the difference and I always go back to them based on their great service (and products). In an industry where their business could be considered a commodity, its their service that makes them stand out.
