You know that your customers are buying from you. You may even have good enough data to know a little bit about them. But until you know what drives their decisions, what causes them to choose your product or service over that of a competitor, you may still be missing a critical piece of the puzzle.
"While it’s certainly important to know how well you are doing, it’s significantly more actionable to know what you can do to actually improve," says analytics consultant Gary Angel.
Gary explains some of the ways to learn why customers make the choices they do. It is an important aspect of figuring out why they choose your products and services and perhaps what you could do to get them to do so more often.
