Having video in your site definitely ups the AWESOMETER in a site/brand. Also, I'm really a big fan of brands showing how their stuff works before I decide to jump ship and buy them.

Video is a great take on this. In certain cases, I would rather use video than actually call into the biz. It's much more convenient and easier. Thanks for sharing with us.
