I like sending personal YouTube videos to them. It's something different and they remember it.

Wow! :) Some really good suggestions. I particularly like "give them more than they expect" and "go the extra mile". It makes complete sense and hopefully people will take it all on board. Thank you.

We often see the pitfalls of politicians who raise ridiculous expectations and then under deliver. Much better to create realistic expectations...and over deliver!
