Love this post and think it shows something about how there is really a continuum through marketing, sales and products or services, or the way ideally they should all be tied together. Obviously the easiest kind of marketing is word of mouth and the easiest kind of branding is giving customers an experience that they will share with others...hopefully bringing in more customers.

I could not agree more! And having loyal customers through a great experience is even more valuable and less costly than getting new ones. Creating an experience is actually not too hard and should become habit!!!
