I’m all for Capitalism. I know that businesses has to make money. But there is a way of doing business that has been lost in the Large Corporate world. Some might call it a loss of humanity, others will call it greed, I just think it’s a lack of vision.

Great post! This is one of those things I'll never understand. For new customers they constantly offer superb deals but for loyal customers who've used their services for 10+ years, you get the shaft. Then when you ask about it, they give you a tiny discount and act like you're getting a bargain. So frustrating!
