Hi Zeena,

Any website should be easy to navigate and easy to use, and I'd say probably online stores doubly so. You wouldn't want to feel unwelcome (or put off) when entering a brick and mortar store and wouldn't want your customers to feel that way. Why should online be any different? Great to see this post shared on the BizSugar community.
