What do you think about bloggers who remove dates from their posts, comments and SERP? What's the SEO implication? Share your thoughts

Some content is evergreen, some is time-sensitive. When I arrive at a post, I can tell the difference, and if part of an article seems time-sensitive, I look for a date. If there is none, I look for another article. A recipe for apple sauce is not time sensitive; how to recognize a GMO apple in the grocery store is, so there better be a date on the article.

very correct but I'm concern about why some bloggers take down dates. Looks suspicious ;)

I don't think you should remove dates or comments. How should you explain SERP to a layperson?
