Interview procedure can be stressful for the candidates, but the interviewers too are under the pressure to choose the right candidate for the open position. They evaluate number of candidates on various criterias. After several interviews, one may feel confused while taking a final call. Moreover, if the interview panel has more than 2-3 people then internally there can be difference in opinions.
