sure proper grammar is important. I don't agree with this: " If you can't write well, you can't communicate well.". Writing skills are not always related to communication skills. You can write well and not be able to communicate and viceversa. Agree with the good grammar. Thanks Warren.

As a job placement company and one who provides career coaching we review resumes daily. Decide if you want a chronological, functional, or blended resume style. Decide what to put in the cover letter to call attention to the 13 seconds we give your resume. Yes, keywords help. The remaining factors cited should emphasize proper grammar. If you can't write well, you can't communicate well. If you can't communicate well, you don't get a full minute for a second review. Job search techniques and resume development are not as simple as stated. Sorry, that's a professional opinion based on years in the business.Thanks for posting on BizSugar.
