Hi Ronika,

Agree with you about the importance of forecasting as it actually is important when you set your marketing objectives etc as they must be set to achieve the sales. You also made a great point about breaking it down especially if you offer a number of products or services.

Great post.

Hi Susan,

It really is an important exercise as, exactly as you say, it drives other financial objectives. And the great thing about it is that it can be as simple or as detailed as you want it to be.

Appreciate the feedback!

Hi Yoni,

Glad to see you back! Forecasting can certainly be difficult especially when you don't have consistent sales.

Thank you for the feedback. I thought I would try something different with the website...

Ronika,

Unfortunately as a freelancer, it can often be feast or famine. I have had months with so many clients I have had to turn people away...and weeks and months where the phone doesn't ring. Makes it hard to forecast :(

I was away when you updated your website. I love it! Very professional looking and eye-catching!

Yoni
