Many business owners don't understand the multipliers and multiple that give a small business its value. Valuation of a small business is a combination of art and science. No two small companies are alike. A multiple of profits or cash flow is only the starting point.

Informative piece. I've realized that there's a lot of online businesses and websites that may appear to be worth a lot but aren't making nearly as much as their worth.

A company's worth is its pride.

The lesser the value, the lower its pride, its reputation thus attracting less and less customers.

So we say, don't fake it please. We are those who wants honesty.
