I have found that many entrepreneurs struggle with the same basic difficulties. We are often so caught up in our own ideas that we forget the aspects that are essential to our success. This is not to say that we should not be enthusiastic; on the contrary, you want to be excited and confident in whatever it is you are doing. It is only when we revert to selfish gains that we neglect the most important entity of entrepreneurism, which is the customer.

This is an interesting article. I agree with the 4 qualities of great entrepreneur but what I like the most is the 2nd which is to treat every person like they are a million dollar customer, because one day they may actually be that or lead you to someone who is. That is obviously true. I have heard a story of a simple entrepreneur who make his customers a priority and one of his customer was a popular columnist and admired the way he handles his business and feature his business in the magazine. That was the moment his business boomed and continues to give good quality service to his customers. It is like how my favorite saying goes which also called the Golden Rule. It states that " One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself".
