Have you listened to Lotta Gergils Aston's and my latest episode of TrendPal? We are covering the topic of sleep! :)
I would like to apply polyphasic sleep later on in life, when I have created a lifestyle around the sleeping cycle. Would you say that taking a siesta is like a power nap?

good to talk to you!
I just left a comment at your latest episode of TrendPal.
Good to see we share the same topic!

Moreover, it is incompatible with my routine.
But good luck with that! :-)
