Hi Sian, discovering that you enjoy washing dishes is a dangerous sign! But then people find loads of way to waste time in the office and no dishes get washed. Brian

Hi Sian.

Good that you have your adorable dogs to walk 1st thing - I know how tempting it is to head right for the computer. I like to give my Kitty some lap-time 1st (she's a lap-kitty).

Hi Sian, The one that gets me: "It is sometimes hard to switch off from work if it is available to you 24/7". Perhaps the answer is not to be available all of the time?
