We, as a species, weren’t built to sit in an office for eight hours a day, pecking away at a keyboard. It can be difficult to focus on work because our bodies evolved with the understanding that we had some wild animals to hunt, crops to harvest or some other physical labor that takes place about as far away from an office as we can get.
