These are all super helpful tips and there's no doubt there are things more important than a person's basic skill level -- especially when a person's role may change as the company grows. My question? What is the best way to make initial estimates about how a candidate will fit into the company culture and how flexible they might be when dealing with new situations in what might be only one or two preliminary interviews? Do you have some tips for sniffing these qualities out?
