Thanks for your tips on a very important topic for every business. Most businesses do not pay enough attention to this subject. Those who do relegate it to the HR, but employee engagement is responsibility of the entire organization, particularly management, not just HR. It is only when management takes this topic seriously and takes action to improve it they will see their business grow.
