This is very interesting post.

The guy that developed JustRetweet.com is from Pakistan and I regretted hiring him because he ended up launching wedoretweet.com using the same Ideas and concept as mine which is too bad and I ended up firing him and sold the site without no regret.

Right now I have been trying to get another trusted developer whom I can trust and work with that will help me develop my next project and I found your post very helpful. Now I know who to hire.
