When I look back at the clients I've worked with over the last 15 years, there are some that have grown far bigger than I ever expected, and others that had great potential but never really got out of their own way. One of the factors that is a good predictor of a client's ultimate growth is how well they attract great talent. The clients who learn to attract and retain the best employees around often grow big; and those that don't attract that talent don't grow.
