I couldn't make a connection here between the article, and "Human Resources" if that means a "Human Resources Department" in a business. It seems like you're speaking about socializing at work (being sociable) - is that right?

Its very basic yet it is the most fundamental things to learn. This is a great post Bangs. I hope that like in the last point, not to expect too much lunch for free.
