Hi Kevin,

I suspect this is happening a lot these days. Hiring a person who isn't quite right is probably not going to serve your business problem. More money spent and you still don't have the talent you need. Your suggestions seem on the money and I want to thank Devan for sharing this post with the BizSugar community!
