I see each side sees it skewed a bit differently.
Even as a HUGE advocate of seeing all people/all cases as individual, I agree that this is one area where the "old boy" system still unfortunately rules. It's definitely still more difficult for qualified women to ascend the corporate ladder.
How many more generations till the stereotypes fall away??
