Similar to someone in a sales role, a hiring manager is the face of the organization to outsiders including people who may eventually be your company’s decision-makers or future customers if they didn’t get the job. Job candidates are viewing, evaluating and making judgements about the organization for themselves. Candidates should be treated like customers.
