Hey Carolina,

I think online virtual teams provide a lot of benefits that normal teams don't. Like they can be in a different country and work when you're sleep because to them that's morning. This way, you can assign something before you go to sleep, wake up and see that it's done.

That's just an awesome feeling.

I think virtual teams are helpful and cost effective, but there's nothing like have your own personal team locally. The synergy can be amazing. Thanks for sharing your insights.
