Mark - How can the bad ones (outside of LA) keep their licenses to stay in business? What they're doing is against all the labor laws, not to mention these people have federal civil rights cases against the perps, not to mention battery. Even if some or all of the employees are 'illegal', that's the employer's onus. These owners/managers need to be locked up - fast! I'm Outraged, Disgusted, and Ashamed!!
