There is a common saying that; "The most accurate predictor of future performance is past performance in a similar situation." Behavioral interviewing, although a relatively new concept,  is a widely used interview technique.  This process is widely used by employers to judge a candidate’s experiences and behaviors in order to determine their potential for doing a certain task on which the company’s success depends on.
