Nellie: Thanks for your reply and information. A shelf corporation is a pretty popular alternative in Sweden due to the fact that it is costing SEK 50.000 (USD 7500) to incorporate an AB (Ltd.) and takes time and going through some red tape to do.

Nellie: Do you have more options for incorporation in other countries? How about already buying a incorporation that is not active and for sale? I think the term is shell company.

Hi! We currently offer our services in the 50 United States, but are considering expanding into Canada and other countries. We do not offer shelf corporations at this time. Thanks for the comment!
