I interviewed a commercial insurance person for an e-learning product concerning commercial leasing. I was surprised to find that most small business owners wait until the day a lease is going to be signed before they BEGIN looking for insurance. What's worse is that the only reason they're shopping is the landlord requires liability insurance! Great post.
