Business owners can often lose themselves in the day to day running of the business. Effective management of time and resource is critical for success. How do you stay out of the swamp?

I love delegation Barney as it long as it is not abdication of responsibilities. Even if you are a solo business, I think you can look at what you can do to streamline. Just take one area at a time and see where you can perhaps use technology. It will not work all the time but you never know unless you investigate.

Hope your product is selling well.

Agree totally on the abdication comment. I call that seagull management :). Product is still in test - but going well ta.

Ah, delegation Barney. How I wish that I had someone to delegate to. Unfortunately, my business will probably remain one-person for the forseeable future, or forever. It means the only one I have to delegate to is myself (unless I can train my dog to type). Looks like I'm stuck in the swamp!

Hi Yoni. Self-delegation is better known as effective time management :)
