Addressing culture is important in business transactions, no matter what the deal type or strategy. But organizations continue to struggle with turning an understanding of cultural differences into concrete actions that will help to successfully execute a transaction. New research from Mercer, conducted among 68 major organizations from around the world that have completed multiple mergers and acquisitions, reveals how organizations can best address culture issues and drive workforce behaviors to achieve deal synergies.
