Sorry for delay in answering your comment, I wish the the email digest function worked so I could keep track of whats happening on here.

In answer to your question, No I haven't actually read that yet, but it is on my list. It's referred to frequently by others as a classic, and I'm a big fan of Seths work, just have to wade through my current pile before I go ordering any more;)
