Need help growing your business?
Outsourcing administrative tasks and small projects can be a huge time saver, and it's often cheaper than you'd think.
Here are my recommendations for online resources where you can find great contractors and virtual assistant help for your business.

Virtual Assistance is a VERY interesting field. On a previous business blog I edited, I did stories on two very different kinds of businesses fitting into this niche. One is Aday VA Solutions, a one person operation launched literally when founder Denise Aday got laid off from her day job and the other My Business Assistant offering all sorts of support from administrative to computer, phone answering and accounting so they are able to function essentially as your back office.

Timothy Ferriss covered this topic in great length in his book, The 4-Hour Work Week. Do you have any suggestions for people who are interested in starting out as a virtual assistant?

Yes. VAnetworking.com is a good site for those interested in virtual assistant careers.

You can listen to a free podcast of me interviewing its founder, Tawnya Sutherland here:

I hope that helps.
