Carpal tunnel syndrome can hurt your wrists, arms, and even neck.

If you work on the PC like I do, you want an easy solution to help your often aching forearms and painful wrists.

Watch this quick video to see the trackball mouse that I recommend. This inexpensive office tool can relieve your hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder strain AND make you more productive, too.

Great tip on the mouse. For typing-related carpal tunnel problems, watch a great classical pianist (i.e. someone with perfect technique, not a "hack"). They have their hands parallel to their forearms - their hands do not angle back toward their shoulders. I saw 80 year old Vladimir Horowitz play Rachmaninov at 150mph on PBS - it was unbelievable, but at least part of it was perfect technique (some of it had to be genetics - not having arthritis, etc).
