Ever notice how people love to point out problems but very seldom have any solutions? Even worse, if you have an original idea, well-meaning friends, family, and even colleagues and coworkers are quick to jump to the conclusion that it will never work, as supported by the 13 negative possibilities and outcomes that they just came up with.

Great post, Mark. To really build up your reputation in your niche, you NEED to become the one of the top go to guys on your particular topic. Becoming a great problem solver is one of the best ways to do that, quickly.

We have such people everywhere and the best is to surround themselves with problem solvers just as you said. I also always try to keep away from such people at all cost because, they can also ruin you if care is not taken. Thanks for sharing this with the bizsugar community.

Having a pessimistic attitude really suck. I have my friend that I always scold unto him due to his negative thinking.

I agree with you that if we are pessimist, we should surround our selves with the problem solver people. I'' gonna advice him to read this article Mark. Thanks for sharing.
