Of all things, businesses around the world share one thing in common, i.e. fierce competition. This tells us one thing, those who sore above all others under these circumstances in their respective domains of business, are worth following in their ways and methods. Some of the world renowned entrepreneurs tell us that the time they sleep is as significant in their success as the time they work meticulously to succeed in their lives.

LOL, I am known to get up at 3, 4 or 5 a.m. and sometimes but not often go back to sleep around 6 in order to get things done before my day job. I do go to bed early usually by 9ish. I'm no good writing after 8 pm!

I didn't see that included in this post Lyceum - love to see that sleep test :)

Lisa: Thanks for sharing your sleeping pattern. I thought I was a "wolf" type of sleep, but I am probably more of an "bear" type, according to Dr. Michael Breus's sleep test.

Ti: I am glad to see Anita Campbell and Chris Brogan included in the "sleeping list". I am a night watchman, but I am trying to change my sleep pattern, so I can become a bit more of a morning person, going up at 5 AM, taking a walk, planning the day and learn something new listening to a podcast or reading a book. Then I can take a power nap and start the working day at 8 AM. The thing is that I have to go to bed before midnight then, striving for being in bed at 10 PM.

How do you sleep? Do you take naps?
