Good points, TJ! Scores of battles lost have cost umpteen thousands of lives because the "iron willed" leader was inflexible w/their goals/plans/strategy/tactics. If you don't lead from the front, and adapt your plans according to the changes as they occur, the result may be devastation. Some generals have said that the plan is perfect right up to the 1st few shots fired, then all is in flux.
