Andy Bailey's solution is spot on: focus on what is important to you and your business and be able to say no to stuff that is not that important. I am developing my personalized kanban worfklow system with the help of the Eisenhower matrix (do first that is urgent and important, schedule things that are less urgent but important, delegate things that are urgent, but less important, and don't do stuff that are neither urgent, nor important.)
