I would add one more to this list. The marketing has become lot more data driven. In the past, lot of marketing decisions were made based on intuition only. While there is still some room for that it is the data collected from various channels that is helping marketeers make the right decision about where and how to spend money for maximum ROI

Good point! Even a few years ago, we marketers threw our hands up when it came to measuring ROI on social, but now we've shifted our thinking and have a better grasp of what data to pay attention to.
