Ajay: How would you grade your own About Us page? Is it covering the 12 elements? I used a service called SpringForm for creating an interactive FAQ and About Me page, but that service is no longer active. I don't want to write much about myself and my services. Instead I want to peek an interest in order to continue the conversation...

I like No. 1 especially. True, it's called an "About Us" page, but rambling on and on about yourself instead of about what you offer your customers/audience is a huge missed opportunity!
